my bush got frosted. I think it can be helped, but dont know what to do. I am leaving florida at the end of march, and will return the end of nov

With any luck at all, the roots and the lower branches have survived the frosty weather. Wait until it shows some signs of new growth - probably in March - and prune away all of the dead plant material. It should recover - at least I hope so!
