|My hibiscus froze this winter. How far do I prune them back? They used to be 30

|Although there's a remote chance for another freeze, there's still a chance so I'd wait until the end of February to do any pruning. By that time you'll see new leaf buds beginning to swell on the branches and you'll know just how much frost damage your hibiscus received. Prune to just above the new green growth. My hibiscus was 5' tall and it looks as though I've lost the top 3' to the freezing weather. But, I know from the killing frost of a few years ago that it will recover so I'll prune it down when I see new growth. I'm sure your hibiscus will recover - it just might take a full year. Best wishes with your landscape!
