When leaves wilt it is usually a sign of water stress. To avoid, you'll need to water your trees on a regular basis. There are some diseases that can cause wilting, curling leaves, and there are some insects that can feed on the fluids within the tissues of the leaves and cause the leaves to wilt. Without more detailed information about your trees and the symptoms you see, it's difficult to diagnose the problem and to offer suggestions for control. Wish we could be more helpful.
