|I want to see if I can prune much lower to the ground on my knock out roses promote further branching out. But how far is too far back to ground?(I did prune 4

|Knockout roses are tolerant of heavy pruning. You can take them back by half to encourage healthy new growth this spring. You won't need to do much at all for them until they begin to show signs of new growth. When you see the leaf buds begin to swell on the branches, prune them back to 18-24" from the ground then lightly feed them. Enjoy your garden!
