the ficus have been cut down on the other side of our fence in our back yard. We are looking for a fast grown vine that will stay green and cover the fence fast??

Two non-blooming evergreen vines to consider are English ivy and Virginia creeper. Evergreen honeysuckle is another good choice and if the fence is wooden, Creeping Fig (Ficus pumila) would be another option. Best wishes with your new plants.
