The most common malady of Artemisias is overwatering but I suspect your new plant is simply reacting to being transplanted in your garden. Transplant stress or shock can make foliage wilt and even turn yellow and die. The good news is that plants usually overcome the shock and respond by growing healthy new foliage. Water your artemisia deeply once every 5-7 days and as soon as the roots become established in their new home you'll see new growth. Best wishes with your 'Powis Castle'.
