I was wondering if you could tell me if there are any type of perennial nicotiana, and if so what would do well in Colorado.

Nicotiana is a tropical plant, so it is not winter hardy. The heirloom types such as Nicotiana lansdorfii and N. sylvestris will self sow and come back that way from year to year, however. They do best in full sun and prefer a rich moist but well drained soil although they are fairly tolerant of other conditions.
