Corn deteriorates very fast, so you need to move quickly. According to the National Food Safety Database, husk and wash the ears, then blanch small ears for seven minutes, medium ears for nine minutes and large ears for eleven minutes. Cool completely as fast as possible, drain, package for the freezer and freeze. Enjoy!
