I moved my lemon tree a year ago from one area in my garden to another area only 8 ft away and it has not flowered or given fruit since. What can I do.

Providing your tree is getting plenty of sunshine and adequate water the lack of flowering and fruit can be chalked up to transplant stress. As long as it looks otherwise healthy and develops new stems and leaves each year, you may simply have to wait until it is established enough to develop flowers and fruits. There's not much else you can do to promote growth other than to feed it with a specially formulated citrus tree food (in amounts as suggested on the package which vary with tree size). Hope you see flowers this year!
