I recently purchased some cut flowers the florist called Bells of Ireland. I can't find this plant listed in any garden book. Is there another name for this plant? Will it grow in northern NJ?

Bells of Ireland is an old fashioned favorite annual for cutting and drying. It should do well in your area. Look for Moluccella laevis. Burpee (800-888-1447) carries the seed.
