Fall blooming or autumn crocus (Colchicum) are usually sold for planting in the late summer and early fall. Bulb specialists such as McClure and Zimmerman (108 W. Winnebago Street, POBox 368, Friesland, WI 53935-0368) will offer a number of choices.
