|I have recently bought a house that was a nursery and there are many different trees on the property. I have been approached by many landscapers who would like to buy my weeping Norway Spruce from me. The tree is beautiful it is about 13' feet in height and approx. 5' feet wide with one trunk. I am not sure how much it is worth; two landscapers offered $2,000 for it. There is a buyer from the Hampton's coming this Thursday, and I could use some advice. The reason I am selling is because I am adding an addition and the tree is in the way.

|It sounds so lovely, are you sure you wouldn't rather transplant it than sell it? To be honest, knowing that you need to remove the tree will reduce its value to potential buyers. In this type of situation the tree is worth what someone is willing to pay you in the time frame you have to work with. Good luck with the sale!
