| You might want to look into the cause of the dampness and make sure it won't damage the garage foundation -- but some shrubs which tolerate damp soil and a variety of lighting conditions are the shrubby dogwoods, the deciduous winterberry hollies (Ilex verticillata), evergreen inkberry holly (Ilex glabra), aronia, and summersweet clethra. |
