I would like to plant a semi-low flowering plant in front of a cemetery stone. The area is mostly shady. I would prefer something in a pink or purple color. What would you suggest?

There are several possibilities. A smaller form of impatiens would certainly fit the bill, as would fibrous rooted begonias. Other possibilities, although using foliage color rather than flowers, might be smaller caladiums or coleus with a pink foliage as well as the pink polka dot plant (Hypoestes).
