Finding A Flower - Knowledgebase Question

My neighbor has a beautiful white flower she calls "Snow On The Mountain". It is a perennial; grows about 1 1/2 to 2 feet tall in the late summer. I have checked all the nurseries near here and they know nothing about it. I am sure that it must have another name. It is NOT the well known "Snow In The Summer." I would like to purchase and plant some of this if I could find it. Can you help?

Snow on the Mountain is the common name of Euphorbia marginata. It's listed as an annual, not a perennial, but it does self-sow, which would make it appear to come back year after year. You can purchase seed of Euphorbia marginata 'Kilimanjaro' through Johnny's Selected Seeds, 1 Foss Hill Rd., RR1, Box 2580, Albion, ME 04910-9731, phone (207) 437-4301.
