I recently spread some English garden wildflowers around my garden......how can I enhance the green mulch like seedlings to germinate?

Follow the directions on the seed package, which I imagine suggest that you keep the area evenly moist. If your spring has been as unseasonably mild as ours, the soil may be warm, but is it warm enough for germination of these flower species? If not, you can try covering the area with fabric row covers, which trap warmth during the day. You can find these covers at many garden centers and mail order companies. Best of luck!
