My daffodils have already bloomed and have turned brown. I have noticed other people in town still have their daffodils in full bloom. Is there anything I can do to get them to bloom again, or are they done for the season? |
If they're turning brown, their season is over. Your neighbors may have planted their bulbs later in the fall and they had to spend time growing the roots they couldn't grow being planted late. Or, they might have a variety that blooms a bit later. Let the foliage completely dry and turn brown so the bulbs can gather strength for next year's bloom. I love daffodils and wish they could bloom year around! |
