I have a tree outside our office, approx. 20 ft
high, green leaves with a ribbed texture, pinkish/red flowers similar to a astilbe looking flower. Any ideas?

Based upon the leaf and bloom description, and what's blooming this time of year (spring), I'd say you have either a Persian Acacia (Pink Siris), a Cornus florida, or a Japanese Horse Chestnut.
