Philippines have a poor air quality especially in the industrial area. I want to plant different kinds of plants to help ease the heat and air pollution. What are the different kinds of outdoor plant that absorbs heat and air pollution other than gardenia, hibiscus and mother-in-law's tongue plant?

What a terrific goal! I sent you a list of indoor plants earlier, but I have not come across a list of outdoor plants that has been tested in the same way. You didn't say what kind of space you have, but if you have room, any tree will do a great job of reducing particulates in the air, increasing oxygen, and providing shade. Choose a native tree that has plenty of leaves and foliage and is easy to grow. If you don't have room for a tree, choose native shrubs with plenty of leaves.
