What is the best way to root Oleander cuttings?

If the oleander "mother plant" is on your property or if you otherwise have access to it, I would suggest you try air layering some new plants. Your success rate will be much higher with air layering than with rooting cuttings, and it is much easier to do. If you wish to make a larger number of new plants and/or do not have access to the "mother plant", you will need to root cuttings. I suggest you use semi-hardwood cuttings and dip them in a rooting hormone. A good web site for general directions is:
