There are several possible causes for this plant to yellow, but the most common would probably be a need for moister soil (frequently found in potted plants when they have outgrown their pots) closely followed by a need for nutrients. If your plant has grown a great deal this season, it may simply need a nutrient boost. There is also the possibility of an insect infestation, so take a very close look at it paying particular attention to the undersides of the leaves.
