Am I able to prune a wiegela at this time of year? I planted it approx. two years ago and it seems to like its location, as it has grown alot; but, I think it looks a little too overgrown and I would like to shape it to be somewhat neater. If I am able to prune now, do I prune the limbs that have just flowered this June?

You should prune now by cutting the stems that have bloomed back to unflowered side branches as soon as flowering has finished. Or, if it's easier, cut all of the branches back by about half on your Weigela. This will improve the shape of the plant and encourge dense new growth that will provide plenty of blooms next year.
