Go out in the morning with an artist's paintbrush. Dust the brush tip on the surface of the male bloom and then onto the surface of a female bloom to transfer the pollen. This should be repeated daily as new blooms are opening each day.

The way to tell male and female flowers apart is the female flowers have a small fuzzy round green cantaloupe fruit at the base of the flower while male blooms only have the thin stem that attaches them to the vine.
