We are trying to locate a wet-area plant (bulb?) we recently saw blooming in Ireland called Angel's Fishing Rod. Can you be of assistance?

The plant you're looking for is Dierama, also known as Angels' fishing rods, or Wand flower. It's a clump-forming plant with grassy foliage and drooping funnel or bell shaped flowers borne loosely on long, arching stems. It grows 3'-5' tall and grows either by corms or from seeds. (Seed grown plants will flower within 3 years.) Nurseries in your area that probably carry the plant include Swanson's Nursery, 9701 15th Ave. NW, Seattle, 98117, and Molbaks Greenhouse and Nursery, 13625 NE 175 St., Woodinville, 98072.
