Recently all of the Jalapenos which have been growing in the garden have grub-like bugs inside. Is there any way to prevent or get rid of these in an organic manner?

Peppers can be infested this way by several insects ranging from corn borers to pepper maggots. Unfortunately, based on your description I can't make a definite identification of the pest. You might wish to contact your County Extension for a specific identification and suggested controls. In the meantime, inspect the plants carefully and if you find any egg masses on the undersides of the foliage, remove them.
