Seeds of swamp rose mallow (Hibiscus moscheutos)should be sown indoors in the late winter or outdoors in late spring.
Soak seeds overnight, then sow outdoors directly in the soil, or indoors on the surface of moistened seed starting mix. Seeds will germinate in 7-21 days when kept at 70F - 75F.
