How Fast does the Red tip Photinia Grow? And can I prune it to 3 feet wide and still have it grow 10 feet High.

Looking for something that is narrow and tall for a hedge

New Photinia leaves are red when they first develop so keeping your hedge pruned each spring will provide lots of new red foliage. Photinia's have a moderate to fast growth rate, and you can expect 6"-8" of new shoot growth each year.
