Your autumn weather sounds delightful! You can plant any of the cool-season crops; spinach, lettuce, cabbage, radishes, beans and peas. These should all produce harvestable crops during your winter months. In the spring, when the weather warms, replace the spent crops with warm-weather lovers such as tomatoes, peppers, squash and corn.
