|I have a small amount of corsican mint which I have transplanted to a container with an orchid and several african violets (all growing well). All of these plants receive artificial full spectrum light 15 hrs. a day in a humid environment. Is it likley the mint will survive the winter under these conditions?
|All three prefer humidity, so that's a plus. Many mints thrive in sunshine, however, corsican is listed in some references as preferring shade or partial shade, so it's hard to predict how it will prosper under the light. If after a couple weeks it doesn't look as if it's maintaining, you might want to try it in a pot of it's own. Good luck!
