|I have a hibiscus that gets no sun right now.
It is wilting and looks like it may be dying.
The soil is very wet. It is watered by a sprinkler system, that if shut off would dry out
the plants that do get sun. I can direct the
sprinkler head slightly away from the hibiscus, but how do I then get the soil dried out and save the plant?
Thanks for your help.
|I think your hibiscus is a good candidate for relocation, so it gets the moisture it needs and your other plants can be happy, too.
Dig the plant and move it to a drier location, or plant it in a pot. Digging it up now will remove it from an impossible situation, and might even save its life!
Hibiscus likes full sunshine, rich soil, and regular, deep watering.
