Do you know what kind of pots I should put the plants in after they germinate.

In general it is best to move seedlings with true leaves from the seedling tray to either "six packs" or small pots in the two inch range, then to the next size larger pot when they grow enough to need it. Most gardeners use plastic pots because they help the soil hold moisture longer and this can be helpful since small pots can dry out rather quickly.
