I want to grow bush green beans for pickling. What varieties are stringless and long(6" - 7"), since I'll keep the beans whole in the jars. If you could also tell me the source for the varieties you recommend, I would appreciate it.

Beans suitable for canning include Burpee's Stringless Green Pod, Roma II, and Yellow Bush. All are available in the current Burpee catalog and can be ordered online at http://www.burpee.com, or by phone 800) 888-1447.
