We have been looking for a Youngi's White Birch and have not been able to locate one. All the nurseries seem to have only your standard white birch which grows to 30-40 feet. Any suggestions?

Also, can you suggest a website for diagrams on pruning Plum Trees?

The tree you're looking for, Betula pendula 'Youngii', is available from Alpine Nursery (503/663-5334), Vibrant Plants (425/488-1155), and DeWildes Nursery (360/398-1960).

Here's a pruning website that should be helpful to you:
