Have had a hard time finding good info on how to prune Grapes. This is not just winter pruning, it's more how to grow and prune durning the growing season.

Please help me with how to prune these fine plants.

Also we have Kiwi on the property that we bought. There are female and male plants, what is one to do so we get fruit on these plants?

There's an excellent and affordable book on pruning called Pruning, by Christopher Brickell. It's the kind of thing that you can take into the garden with you to help guide you while you're pruning. WSU Cooperative Extension has an excellent publication on grape pruning. It's inexpensive and worthwhile. Contact the extension office at 206/338-2400.

Your kiwi's probably just need some pruning to produce a good crop. Cut back each vine, leaving only 4 or 5 buds on each. The new sprouts from these buds will produce flowers and fruit (on the female vine).
