I have a sunroom facing north. The temperature goes down to 30 in winter. Are there any suitable plants for this room? Thank you.

Unfortunately, I can only think of one traditional houseplant that will withstand temperatures below freezing and still look good: English ivy. Most houseplants are technically tropical plants and prefer a minimum temperature of at least 45 degrees (and some really need 60 degrees or more) for best performance. If you decide to try the ivy keep in mind that terra cotta clay pots tend to shatter or break if exposed to freezing temperatures.
