I have a two year old Plumeria that is getting brown edges on it's leaves. The leaves wilt and fall off. What is the problem?

Plumeria can be picky about its environment. Provide average household warmth with a minimum of 50F in the winter. Water liberally from spring through autumn, but sparingly in winter. Mist the leaves occasionally to increase humidity around the plant, especially during the winter when heated air can be quite dry. Bright light is required and some direct sunlight is appreciated.

If the leaves are getting brown edges, I'd suspect too much water. Try adjusting the amount of water your plant gets and see if that doesn't make a difference in its performance. If, in the spring, it still looks puny, try repotting in fresh soil and cutting the stems back to promote healthy new growth.
