Paperwhite Bulbs Past Bloom - Knowledgebase Question

My paperwhite bulbs have stopped flowering. The roots have dried (they were forced in water, not soil). Should I cut the foliage so they can bloom again? Do they need a rest in a refrigerator, or similar cold spot?

Thank you.

Unfortunately, it is basically impossible to get paperwhites that have been forced to bloom again. In my experience it is better to discard them and start with fresh bulbs next year.
