| Four o'clocks and moonflowers open in the late afternoon and evening, and many scented flowers are seemingly more fragrant at night particularly nicotiana or flowering tobacco, night-scented stock, and the "Daddy" series of petunias. You might also enjoy tuberoses, heliotrope, mignonette, sweet alyssum and scented geraniums. Don't forget some of the herbs such as thyme, lemon verbena, pineapple sage and the curry plant which are fagrant when brushed against. |
