Take four to six inch cuttings in early summer and stick them into a barely damp sand/peat mix or soilless potting mix. Some gardeners routinely use rooting hormone for this. Cover with plastic bag or dome to maintain humidity and set it in a very bright location but out of direct sun (to avoid excessive heat build up.) Cuttings should root fairly quickly and can be planted out in early fall.
