I would like to know if there would be any plus and/or minuses to my adding deer droppings to my compost pile? This would be from wild deer. I have tried researching about deer droppings nutrient value, but haven't found anything.

It should be fine to add them to your compost pile. Unless you are adding them as a major proportion of your ingredients I would not be too concerned about the exact analysis (it will vary somewhat depending on what they have been eating); simply consider them a source of some nitrogen if they are fresh.
