My neighbor gave me some curly willow that sprouted accidentally. I would like to plant it outside, but am not certain how it will grow..e.g. bushy, viney, tall, etc. Please send information on the appearance of this plant.

You probably have Salix matsudana, the corkscrew willow. These are trees with the potential to reach 30' high, with a 20' spread. Give your new little tree full sunshine, lots of water, and plenty of room to grow.

Most corkscrew willows are grown for their winter silhouette value, and often the branches are cut and used in floral arrangements. Willows are easy to grow and need no special care.
