I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN IT IS SAFE FOR ME TO MOVE MY HERBS
FROM MY OLD HOUSE TO MY NEW HOUSE. I LIVE IN PA, AND I'M NOT SURE IF FROST IS A CONCERN WHEN IT COMES TO HERBS. THEY ARE ALL AT LEAST ONE YEAR ESTABLISHED.

You can transplant perennial herbs in early spring as soon as the ground can be worked. You do not need to wait for the frost danger to be over since they are already acclimated to the cold.
