I purchased some dormant harvest bees, and have a nest box for them, but am unsure where to place the box in my garden. I hope the bees will pollinate apple, cherry and Asian pear trees.

You've probably purchased Orchard Mason Bees. These little fellas are perfect for helping pollinate fruit tree blossoms because they're more active than honeybees during cool weather. Place the nest about 4' high on an east-facing post or wall. The bees like morning sunshine and will wake up early and get to work right away.
