How long before rose rugosa becomes to be a shrub and high will it grow to be?

Rugosa roses usually grow to between three and five feet high and wide. If you have a named variety the label may give a more specific size. The length of time it will take to become full sized will depend on the growing conditions, but in my experience they should make good growth and really fill out in the first three or four years.
