Chipmunks Taking Off Flower Heads - Knowledgebase Question

I have chipmunks (I think, It may be rabbits or ground hogs) taking the flower heads off my verbenas that i just planted and now also taking newe roses that have just bloomed off the rose bushes. How can I stop and get rid of these little creayures before I have no flowers left?

Based on your description, I am not certain which animal is at work, since it could also be deer! You might try some of the commercial animal repellents or a homemade concoction of garlic and/or red pepper. Sometimes a pet dog or cat can act as a deterrent. You might also consider a fence if it seems this is going to be an ongoing problem.
