| I'm sorry but I have not been in Great Neck this week. Odds are good it is a Bradford Pear, if it is evenly or nearly symmetrically pyramidal shaped and the flowers are somewhat fragrant and the leaves are a nice glossy green. You might contact your local County Extension (454-0900) or City Street Tree Commission and ask them for a more definite identification. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. |
