What do you use for seed drying packets?
Please advise, as I would like to dry my own seeds, and do not know what to use as drying packets.

Seeds should be allowed to air dry and then placed in sealed containers and stored in a cool, dark location. I collect my seeds in plain white envelopes and just prop them up on the kitchen counter until the seeds are completely dry (usually a week is all it takes in normal household temperatures). Then I seal the envelopes, write the plant name on the front and place the envelopes in an old jar with a screw-top lid. The jar goes into a hall closet where it remains at fairly stable temperatures until planting time the following spring.
