My daisy trees are showing dried leaves and not blooming large daisy flowers. I suspected a bug, so I sprayed with myathon diluted quite a bit. I have not noticed a change. I re-potted with stone drainage and they get sun every after noon, with shade in the mornings. Please help.

I'm guessing your plants are Marguerite Daisies. These perennial plants are generally pest free, so insecticide sprays aren't usually necessary. (By the way, changing the recommended dilution rate will make products less effective. If you need to use an insecticide in the future, be sure to read and follow all label directions, applying only at the rate recommended and only on plants listed on the label.)

Marguerites require all day sunshine, and water only when the soil begins to dry out. Be careful with watering, pinch or prune back the affected plant parts to encourage new flowering stems and leaves, and provide as much sunshine as possible. Following the above suggestions should help your plants perk up.
