Is it possible to root cuttings from a Dogwood? and if so, what is the procedure?

In the spring, choose healthy leafy stems that are not too tough and about the diameter of a pencil. Strip off the bottom leaves exposing a node, dip the cut end in rooting hormone, and plant the cuttings in moist soil. Keep them in bright shade and provide high humidity by covering the pots with plastic bags, or setting them in the ground in the shade and cover them with plastic jugs. You might try both methods. Take as many cuttings as you can to ensure success.
