I would like to grow dill, but my yard is not deer fenced. Will deer eat dill? |
In my experience, deer (and woodchucks) will eat almost anything if they are hungry and it is available. They also learn to eat different plants over time, so it depends on what the local population is accustomed to. You might check with your neighbors to see if they have had a problem with it, or, to be on the safe side, you might try planting the dill and protecting it inside a wire cage or small fenced area. |
